SOAR Works is a vibrant place to work, create, meet and mix with a range of other businesses and people. We offer meeting and office space for local businesses and organisations.

OUR OBJECTIVES
OFFICES & WORKSPACE
Our office spaces range from 110 sq ft (10.2 sq m) up to 730 sq ft (67.8sq m), making it an ideal location for all types of businesses from pre-starts to fully established growing organisations.​
MEETINGS & EVENTS
We have three meeting rooms for up to 10 people, as well as a Conference Room, which is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology and can host up to 40 people.
VIRTUAL TENANCIES
We also offer virtual tenancy services, which gives you a premier business address without the additional expense of paying office rent.
As of ​January 2025, all of our SOAR sites are smoke-free.
